Mafura butter is made from the seed of the Mafura Tree (Trichilia emetica), also known as “Cape Mahogany”, that’s found in Mozambique and Southern Africa region. It’s a unique butter that has a low melting point of 20C (65F). Mafura butter is a good choice for its fast absorption, spreadability, detangling, and of moisturising hair. Mafura butter is naturally high in fatty acids (palmitic, linoleic, stearic, and oleic), making it a nutrient-rich butter.
