Product Availability
Lead time is dependent on stock availability and order processing time.
Should the product not be in stock please allow 5 working days plus freight transit time. This will allow for manufacturing and delivery to our warehouse.
Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
We sell the goods to you on the following basis:
-we will bear the cost and we will choose the way of packaging and the goods unless agreed otherwise.
-we will do our best to dispatch the goods as soon as possible after you have placed an order,
risks related to the goods pass to you on delivery.
-ownership in the goods passes to you on payment of the fees in full, and
you have the same rights against us as we have against our suppliers in terms of any warranty attached to the goods or imposed by law.
Delivery Policy
When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our Terms & Conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree with all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such a purchase. If you have any queries, please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.
Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
Undeliverable Packages or Packages lost in transit
Pudo offers no insurance on parcels! if you take this option Please note the risk and be aware that if your parcel is lost or stolen there is no refund. The risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. We will not be held liable if packages are lost or stolen in transit. If you require insurance, please use The Courier guy option.
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. In this event, every attempt will be made to contact you to plan for re-shipment. Re-shipment will be for your cost.

Order Processing
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.
Returns, Order Cancellation, and Refunds
The provision of goods and services by Soap Oils and Herbs is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Soap Oils and Herbs will contact you with options.
All orders are dispatched via courier service. A delivery being delayed is not grounds for return or refund.
You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
An order can be canceled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made for an order, the order can only be canceled before the order has been dispatched by Soap Oils and Herbs.
Orders that are canceled through no fault of Soap Oils and Herbs will incur a 25% handling fee.
If a product is not what you ordered or damaged or broken when you receive it, kindly inform us immediately. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to credit or refund you for the damaged or broken product, whichever you prefer.
Refunds
Refunds are processed on request and by the original method of payment. Please note that refunds to credit, debit or cheque cards can take up to 10 days to be cleared by the issuing bank.
Orders that are canceled through no fault of Soap Oils and Herbs will incur a 25% handling fee.
Returns
Return Policy: There are no returns on our products for hygienic reasons. Please make sure you are happy with your order before completing it.
Please note that unless the reason for return relates to a product fault or damage, we can only accept returned items that are still in their original, unopened, unused packaging AND within 7days (seven days) of the original order date.
Once the item has been returned to our offices by you, we will issue you a credit note.

EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
One of the most widely used ways of sending money online. Once you have added enough items to your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” and follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via EFT. You will then have to load Soap Oils and Herbs as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use the unique order number in the reference line for your payment. This should ensure speedy processing and delivery of your selected products.

Cash Payments
